RESOLUTION NO. 19-101
RESOLUTION APPROVING SETTLEMENT AND RELEASE AGREEMENTS FOR
1493 AND 1505 PHEASANT HILLS CIRCLE
WHEREAS, as part of the 2019 Pheasant Hills Circle Project, a portion of the concrete
driveways at 1493 Pheasant Hills Circle and 1505 Pheasant Hills Circle were removed; and
WHEREAS, the Settlement and Release Agreements reimburse the property owners for the
replacement cost of the removed portions of the driveway as follows:
1493 Pheasant Hills Circle - $5,830.00
1505 Pheasant Hills Circle - $5,750.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared and both property owners have signed the
respective Settlement and Release Agreements; and
WHEREAS, funding is from the Water Operating Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota
that staff is authorized to execute the Settlement and Release Agreements for 1493 and 1505
Pheasant Hills Circle.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of August, 2019.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Maher, Rafferty, Manthey, Stoesz, Reinert

Staff is requesting City Council consideration to approve Settlement and Release Agreements for
1493 Pheasant Hills Circle and 1505 Pheasant Hills Circle.
BACKGROUND
As part of the 2019 Pheasant Hills Circle Project, a portion of the concrete driveways at the
above addresses were removed. The Settlement and Release Agreements reimburse the property
owners for the replacement cost of the removed portions of the driveway as follows:
1493 Pheasant Hills Circle - $5,830.00
1505 Pheasant Hills Circle - $5,750.00
The City Attorney has prepared and both property owners have signed the respective Settlement
and Release Agreements.
RECOMMENDATION
Approve Resolution No. 19-101.
