RESOLUTION NO. 19-127
APPROVING AN ON -SALE LIQOR AND SUNDAY SALES LICENSE FOR
CAMPANELLE RESTAURANT & BAR
WHEREAS, the liquor licensing period for Campanelle Restaurant & Bar will begin early 2020
and run concurrent with all city liquor licenses through June 30, 2020; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is required to approve on -sale liquor licenses prior to State
issuance of a license; and
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the application that has been submitted and verified that
local licensing regulations are met; and
WHERAS, the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted the required background
investigation for the license and found no reason to deny.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
The City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the liquor license for Campanelle Restaurant & Bar
with approval contingent upon applicant meeting all city and state requirements for said license.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23Id day of September, 2019.
The Motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member Manthey and upon vote
being taken thereon. the following voted in favor thereof:
Maher, Manthey, Stoesz , Reinert
The following voted against same:
none (Absent — Rafferty)
