RESOLUTION NO. 19-132
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, ST. CLAIR ESTATES - OPEN SPACE
PLANTINGS
WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the St. Clair Estates — Open
Space Plantings, quotes were received, and tabulated:
CONTRACTOR TOTAL QUOTE
Margolis Company $23,180.00
Midwest Landscapes $22,594.00
WHEREAS, it appears that Midwest Landscapes of Otsego, Minnesota, is the lowest responsible
bidder; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the
Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to accept the quote from Midwest Landscaping
for the construction of the St. Clair Estates — Open Space Plantings in the amount of $22,594.00;
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of October, 2019.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and upon
vote beingtaken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Rafferty, Maher, Manthey, Reinert
The following voted against same:
none (absent- Stoesz)
