RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, ST. CLAIR ESTATES — OPEN SPACE
RESTORATION & FILTRATION BASIN/ISLAND AREA
WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the St. Clair Estates — Open
Space Restoration & Filtration Basin/Island Area, quotes were received, and tabulated:

WHEREAS, it appears that Prairie Restoration, Inc. of Scandia, Minnesota, is the lowest
responsible bidder; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the
Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to accept the quote from Prairie Restoration,
Inc. for the construction of the St. Clair Estates — Open Space Restoration & Filtration
Basin/Island Area in the amount of $31,680.00;
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of October, 2019.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Rafferty, Maher, Manthey, Reinert
