RESOLUTION NO. 19-134
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, ST. CLAIR ESTATES - DRIVEWAY REPAIR
AT 6575 ENID TRAIL
WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the St. Clair Estates -
Driveway Repair at 6575 Enid Trail, quotes were received, and tabulated:

WHEREAS, it appears that ARC Asphalt Restoration Co. Inc. of Hugo, Minnesota, is the lowest
responsible bidder; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the
Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to accept the quote from ARC Asphalt
Restoration Co. Inc. for the construction of the St. Clair Estates - Driveway Repair at 6575 Enid
Trail in the amount of $2,645.00;
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of October, 2019.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Rafferty • and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Rafferty, Maher, Manthey, Reinert
The following voted against same:
