RESOLUTION NO. 19-166
APPROVING MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH GRANT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, The City Council passed Resolution No. No. 16-26 adopting the City's Wellhead
Protection Plan; and
WHEREAS, The City of Lino Lakes has been granted $10,000 through the Minnesota Clean
Water Fund (Clean Water Land and Legacy Amendment), to update the Wellhead Protection
Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of
Lino Lakes, Minnesota, hereby approves the Minnesota Department of Health Grant Agreement
for the Wellhead Protection Plan in the amount of $10,000.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of December, 2019.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Rafferty, Maher, Manthey, Stoesz, Reinert
The following voted against same:
none
