RESOLUTION NO. 19-174
APPROVING A PEDDLER LICENSE FOR EDWARD JONES FINANCIAL
WHEREAS, Dean Ravenscroft, Financial Advisors for Edward Jones Financial has submitted a
peddlers license application to the city clerk's office; and
WHEREAS, Dean Ravenscroft has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of the
Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license; and
WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted a background check on
the company representative within the past 12 months and found no reason to deny; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby approves
the request of Dean Ravenscroft, Edward Jones Financial. to sell services door to door for a
period of six -months beginning December 10, 2019 and ending June 10, 2020.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Manthey, Rafferty, Maher, Stoesz, Reinert
The following voted against same:
none
