16 Mayor Reinert convened the meeting at 9:45 p.m. in the Council Work Room at Lino Lakes
17 City Hall. Before the meeting was closed, Mayor Reinert read a statement on the purpose
18 of the meeting. The meeting was closed as a session of the city council pursuant to the
19 Open Meeting Law for the purpose of discussing labor negotiations.

21 The meeting was recorded and the recording will be maintained as required in the Office
22 of the City Clerk.

24 The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 p.m.
