14 2020 Special Election Results: Consider acceptance of municipal canvassing board
15 report declaring the results of the February 11, 2020 municipal election — City Clerk
16 Bartell advised that the results of the recent election as it relates to the election of one
17 councilmember position were distributed in the packet. The city council is required by
18 law to certify the results and sign the canvassing document as accurate.

20 A motion by Councilmember Ruhland, seconded by Councilmember Lyden, to approve
21 the Returns of the February 11, 2020 Special Election as presented was adopted on a
22 voice vote; Council Member Stoesz was absent.

24 The meeting was adjourned at 6:12 p.m.

26 These minutes were considered, corrected and approved at the regular Council meeting held on
27 February 24, 2020.
