Motion carried on a voice vote. 23 24 ITEM ACTION 25 Consideration of Expenditures. 26 A) February 24, 2020 (Check No. 111769 through 111864) in 27 the Amount of $805,374.21 Approved 28 B) Consider Approval of February 3, 2020 29 Work Session Minutes Approved 30 C) Consider Approval of February 10, 2020 31 Council Meeting Minutes Approved 32 D) Consider Approval of February 18, 2020 Canvassing 33 Board Minutes Approved 34 E) Consider Approval of Exempt Raffle Event for Lino 35 Lakes Elementary School PTO Approved 36 FINANCE DEPARTMENT REPORT 37 There was no report from the Finance Department. 38 ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT REPORT 39 There was no report from the Admininstration Department. 1 COUNCIL MINUTES 41 PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT REPORT 42 There was no report from the Public Safety Department. 43 PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT REPORT 44 SA) Consideration of Resolution No. 20-16, Approving Contract with Northland Recreation 45 Inc. for Woods Edge Park Playground Equipment — Public Services Director DeGardner 46 reviewed his written request to authorize a contract for playground equipment for the new Woods 47 Edge Park. He reviewed the location, the cost, construction award contract and the process utilized 48 to seek the contractor. The funding source was also noted. 49 Council Member Stoesz asked for a time schedule; an end of May construction dine was noted by 50 staff. 51 Council Member Ruhland asked what would not be included from the master plan — Mr. DeGardner 52 noted those elements and their cost of about $45,000. 53 Mayor Rafferty suggested that individuals could visit Northpointe Park that was recently developed 54 (and Sunrise Park that was improved); at those locations you could see the work of this firm. 55 Council Member Stoesz moved to approve Resolution No. 20-16 as presented. Council Member 56 Lyden seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 57 SB) Consideration of Resolution No. 20-17, Approving Sprint Spectrum L.P. Lease 58 Agreement — Water Tower #2 — Public Services Director DeGardner reviewed his request for 59 authorization to enter into a lease agreement with Sprint Spectrum for their equipment on Water 60 Tower 42. 61 Council Member Ruhland moved to approve Resolution No. 20-17 as presented. Council Member 62 Stoesz seconded the motion.
