RESOLUTION NO. 19-51
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR SADDLE CLUB FOURTH ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat for Saddle Club Fourth Addition with
Resolution No. 19-63 on June 10, 2019; and
WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution
of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes
hereby approves the Development Agreement between DuPont Holdings, LLC and the City of
Lino Lakes for Saddle Club Fourth Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute
such agreement on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lalces this 1 Oth day of June, 2019.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Manthey, Rafferty, Maher, Stoesz, Reinert
