RESOLUTION NO. 19457
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR WELL NO. 7 SCREENED TEST WELL
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 19-71 of the Council adopted June 10, 20195 awarding the
contract for the construction of Well No. 7 screened test well to Traut Companies.
WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 2 (Final);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lalces that Payment
Request No. 2 (Final) is approved for a final contract amount of $68,427.50.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9t" day of December, 2019.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.
