Architects regarding Architecture and Building
Elevations
BACKGROUND
At the June 10, 2020 Planning & Zoning Board meeting, staff presented the PUD Final
Plan/Final Plat. The Board was not supportive of the changes in the architecture and
building elevations from the approved PUD Development Stage Plan to the PUD Final
Plan and requested modifications to the plans.
Wold Architects will present a PowerPoint to the Board. This special meeting Work
Session is intended to provide feedback to the applicant with the intent the item will
come back to the Board at a regular meeting for formal recommendation to the Council.
