16 Mayor Rafferty called the meeting to order at 9:05 p.m. at Lino Lakes City Hall. Before the
17 meeting was closed, Mayor Rafferty read a statement on the purpose of the meeting. The
18 meeting was closed as a session of the city council pursuant to the Open Meeting Law for
19 the purpose of discussing labor negotiations.

21 The meeting was adjourned at 10:03 p.m.
