18 Mayor Rafferty called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m. at Lino Lakes City Hall. Before the
19 meeting was closed, Mayor Rafferty read a statement on the purpose of the meeting. The
20 meeting was closed as a session of the city council pursuant to the Open Meeting Law for
21 the purpose of discussing the matter of Diehl v. Lino Lakes, and was closed under attorney
22 client privilege.

24 The meeting was adjourned at 8:33 p.m.
