RESOLUTION NO, 17-99
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
FOR CENTURY FARM NORTH 7TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the PUD Final Plan/Final Plat for Century Farm North
7ch Addition with Resolution No. 17-98 on May 14, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution
of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes
hereby approves the Development Agreement between Century Farm North Development, Inc.
and the City of Lino Lakes for Century Farm North 7ch Addition and authorizes the Mayor and
City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of May, 2018.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Rafferty, Maher, Manthey, Stoesz, Reinert
