16 Mayor Rafferty reconvened the meeting at 7:31 p.m. at Lino Lakes City Hall. Before the
17 meeting was closed, Mayor Rafferty read a statement on the purpose of the meeting. The
18 meeting was closed as a session of the city council pursuant to the Open Meeting Law for
19 the purpose of discussing labor negotiations.

21 The meeting was recorded and the recording will be maintained as required in the Office
22 of the City Clerk.
