15 Mayor Rafferty reconvened the meeting at 7:15 p.m. at Lino Lakes City Hall. Before the
16 meeting was closed, Mayor Rafferty read a statement on the purpose of the meeting. The
17 meeting was closed as a session of the city council pursuant to the Open Meeting Law for
18 the purpose of discussing labor negotiations.

20 The meeting was recorded and the recording will be maintained as required in the Office
21 of the City Clerk.

23 The meeting was adjourned at 8:55 p.m.

25 These minutes were considered, corrected and approved at the regular Council meeting held on
26 November 9, 2020.
