CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 20-14
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION
CONTRACT, SANITARY SEWER TO WATER TOWER NO. 3
WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the sanitary sewer to Water
Tower No. 3, quotes were received, and tabulated:

WHEREAS, it appears that C.W. Houle, Inc. of Shoreview, Minnesota is the lowest responsible
bidder; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the
Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract C.W. Houle, Inc. for
the construction of the sanitary sewer to Water Tower No. 3 in the amount of $77,760.00;
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of March, 2020.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Stoesz and was duly seconded by Council Member Cavegn and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
