CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 20-19
APPROVING BIDDING POLICY
WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes is proposing to implement the Bidding Policy used for
competitive sealed bidding and electronic bidding processes; and
WHEREAS, the Bidding Policy is compliant with all Minnesota State Statutes regarding
competitive bidding procedures; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes
approves the Bidding Policy.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 961 day of March 2020.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Stoesz and was duly seconded by Council Member Ruhland and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Stopsz, Ruhland, Cavegn, Lyden, Rafferty
The following voted against same:
