CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 20-22
APPROVING AMMENDMENTS TO THE
DESIGNATED MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET SYSTEM
WHEREAS, as a requirement to qualify for state aid funding for streets, it is necessary that the
City Council designate certain streets within the City of Lino Lakes to comprise a Municipal
State Aid Street system (MSAS); and
AND WHEREAS, Council has reviewed the recommendations of the City Engineer and has
approved the modifications to the City of Lino Lakes MSAS;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes:
1. The following are Municipal State Aid System designations:
• Addition of Town Center Parkway from Village Drive to Woods Edge Drive
o Segment Length: 0.18 miles
• Addition of Village Drive from Town Center Parkway to Woods Edge Drive
o Segment Length: 0.13 miles
• Addition of Woods Edge Drive from Village Drive to Town Center Parkway
o Segment Length: 0.12 miles
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th day of April, 2020.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember
Stoesz and was duly seconded by Councilmember Ruhland and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Stoesz, Ruhland, Cavegn, Lydell, Rafferty
