RESOLUTION NO. 20-54
ACCEPTING QUOTES, LIFT STATION NO. 5 FORCEMAIN PROJECT
RESTORATION — PAVEMENT RESTORATION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the Lift Station No. 5 Forcemain Project
Restoration, a low quote from Bituminous Roadways, Inc. of Mendota Heights, Minnesota was
received in the amount of $25,200.00; and
WHEREAS, it appears that Bituminous Roadways, Inc. of Mendota Heights, Minnesota is the
lowest responsible bidder; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the
Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to accept the quote from Bituminous
Roadways, Inc. for the construction of the Lift Station No. 5 Forcemain Project Restoration —
Pavement Restoration in the amount of $25,200.00.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of June, 2020.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member

vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
