RESOLUTION NO. 20-58
ACCEPTING QUOTES, LIFT STATION NO. 5 FORCEMAIN PROJECT
RESTORATION — CONCRETE RESTORATION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the Lift Station No. 5 Forcemain Project
Restoration, a low quote from CR Fischer & Sons, Inc. of Farmington, Minnesota was received in
the amount of $10,700.00; and
WHEREAS, it appears that CR Fischer & Sons, Inc. of Farmington, Minnesota is the lowest
responsible bidder; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the
Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to accept the quote from CR Fischer & Sons,
Inc. for the construction of the Lift Station No. 5 Forcemain Project Restoration — Concrete
Restoration in the amount of $10,700.00.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of June, 2020.
