CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 20-116
APPROVING DESIGN ENGINEERING SERVICES CONTRACT
2021 STREET IMPROVMENT PROJECTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to the City Council authorizing the preparation of the plans and
specifications for the 2021 Street Improvement Projects; and
WHEREAS, WSB and Associates has submitted a proposal to complete the plans and
specifications, and provide bid documents for the 2021 Street Reconstruction Project in the
amount of $113,428.00 and for the 2021 Street Rehabilitation Project in the amount of
$43,433.00. For a total not to exceed amount of $156,861.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the city to proceed with
preparing the plans and specification required to bid the 2021 Street Improvement Projects,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, the
Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with WSB, in the name
of the City of Lino Lakes, for the preparation of the plans and specifications for the 2021 Street
Improvement Projects.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of October, 2020.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember
Ruhland and was duly seconded by Councilmember Stoesz and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Ruhland, Stoesz, Lyden, Cavegn, Rafferty
The following voted against same: None
