BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, The City of Lino Lakes concur with
the Minnesota Seaplane Pilots Association in the cleaning
and dredging of Rice Lake and connecting lakes in order to
assure an adequate seaplane base on Rice Lake.
The above Resolution was introduced by Mr. Zelinka, duly
seconded by Mr. Karth and passed with all members being
present and voting in favor.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk
of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, do hereby
certify that I have carefully examined and compared the attached
and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, held on the 14th day
of February, 1977, with the original thereof, on file in my
office and the same is a full and complete transcription there-
from.
