RESOLUTION
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Lino Lakes duly convened in a regular meeting on January
13, 1975, that the City of Lino Lakes requests the Metro-
piitan Transit Commission to retain the City of Lino Lakes
in the taxing district of the Commission.
The motion was made by Mr. Marier, duly seconded by Mr.
McLean. Motion carried with all Council Members present
and voting in favor.
Adopted this 13th day of January, 1975.
