RESOLUTION
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
1189 Main Street
Lino Lakes, Minnesota 55014
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of Lino Lakes duly
convened in a regular meeting on January 27, 1975, that the City of Lino
Lakes opposes the proposed legislation to ban hunting in the seven
county Metropolitan area in that this would constitute a discrimantory
act against hunters. The recreational views of all people should be
recognized and this ban would be discriminating and therefore is in-
consistent and capricious.
The motion was riade by Mr. Marier, duly seconded by Mr. Zeiinka. Motion
carried with all members present and voting in favor.
