RESOLUTION
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of Lino
Lakes duly convened in a regular meeting on April 28,
1975 that legal action against the Metropolitan Council
be delayed in order to give the Metropolita Council an
opportunity to demonstate, to take action and. to show
good faith in their promises to Lino Lakes in respect to
development and sewer committments.
The Motion was made by Mr. Ronald Jaworski, duly seconded
by Mr. Donald Marier The Motion carried unanimously
with all members present voting in favor.
