RESOLUTION
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
1189 Main Street
Lino Lakes, Minnesota 55014
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, By the City Council of Lino Lakes duly
convened in a regular meeting on May 12, 1975, that the City Council
of the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota requests that the Flood Hazard
Area Maps be revised and once they are corrected by the City of Lino
Lakes, the City will enter into the Flood Insurance Program to insure
the availability of Federal Loans for construction with the City
of Lino Lakes.
The motion was made by Mr. Zelinka, duly seconded by Mr. McLean. Motion
carried with all members present voting in favor.
