RESOLUTION
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Lino Lakes duly convened in a regular meeting on July 28, 1975, that the
City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby appoints Mr. George Gotwald,
Consulting Engineer for the City of Lino Lakes, to work with the Metropolitan
Waste Control Commission's Personnel and Engineering Departments to solve
the sewer problems of the City of Lino Lakes, with a joint decision to be
presented to the Lino Lakes City Council within 60 days. All engineering
costs to be borne by the Metropolitan Council.
The motion was made by Mr. Ronald Jaworski, duly seconded by Mr. John
McLean. Motion carried unanimously.'
Adopted this 28th day of July, 1975.
