RESOLUTION
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Lino Lakes duly convened in a regular meeting on Sept..
8, 1975, that the Council of the City of Lino Lakes adopts
the policy of mandatory retirement at age Sixty -Five (65)
for all Lino Lakes City Employees. This policy to become
effective as of this date.
The motion was made by Mr. Richard Zelinka, duly seconded
by Mr. Ronald Jaworski. Motion carried unanimously.
