i251`J11T4 <br />`l/tllage ea 1'tauw kea <br />1189 Main St. <br />Lino Lakes, Minnesota 55014 <br />RESOLUTION <br />BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of <br />Lino Lakes expresses its oposition to House File Number <br />2904 and Senate File Number 2770, as being a detriment <br />to the development of the outlying areas and in direct <br />conflict with the Comprehensive Land Use Plan of the City <br />of Lino Lakes as approved by the Metropolitan Council. <br />The City Council feels that they are responsible to the <br />people of the City of Lino Lakes, and the decision on <br />whether to issue building permits is within the jurisdiction <br />of the governing body of the municipality. <br />Adopted this 25th day of February, 1974. <br />ATTEST: <br />Edna L.
