RESOLUTION
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of
Lino Lakes expresses its oposition to House File Number
2904 and Senate File Number 2770, as being a detriment
to the development of the outlying areas and in direct
conflict with the Comprehensive Land Use Plan of the City
of Lino Lakes as approved by the Metropolitan Council.
The City Council feels that they are responsible to the
people of the City of Lino Lakes, and the decision on
whether to issue building permits is within the jurisdiction
of the governing body of the municipality.
Adopted this 25th day of February, 1974.
