RESOLUTION
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of
the City of Lino Lakes duly convened in a regular
meeting on December 23, 1974, that the City of
Lino Lakes declines to enter into a Joint Powers
Agreement to participate in the Suburban Rate
Authority.
The motion was made by Mr. Marier, duly seconded
by Mr. McLean. Motion carried with all Council
Members present and voting in favor.
Adopted this 23rd day of December, 1974.
