BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village
of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, that the Village
Council grants permission to the Minnesota Pipeline Company
to cross Village streets in connection with the installation
of said pipeline, providing that,
All Village street surfaces are restored to their original
state by said Pipeline Company, to the satisfaction of the
Village Council.
Permission is hereby further granted to install said pipeline
through the Village per the map presented to the Council on
May 25, 1973.
