Clerk's note - According to the League Handbook, page 138, bills are usually paid
by resolution; this would add five more resolutions thus far.
Also, according to the Handbook and Mr. Locher, any action taken other than an
ordinance is a resolution. Mr. Locher feels that numbering resolutions is
unnecessary and more of a bother than anything, but we may do so if we wish.
Please note that it is only my feelings that several of the above should have been
notated as resolutions.
