RESOLUTION
WHEREAS the Village Council of the Village of Lino
Lakes has instructed its Engineers to prepare a
comprehensive plan for sanitary sewer to serve the
entire village, and
WHEREAS the report was presented to the Village
Council on December 30, 1963, and supplements were
presented on March 2, 1967 and June 12, 1969, and
WHEREAS the Village Council has accepted the plans,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the said plan
was hereby adopted as the comprehensive sanitary
sewer plan of the Village of Lino Lakes.
