TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The following motion was offered by Mayor
L'Allier, seconded by Mr. Jaworski and passed
unanimously at the Lino Lakes Village Council
meeting held on February 22, 1971, to wit:
RESOLUTION
That the Lino Lakes Village Council go on
record favoring the following bills now before the
Legislature:
1. House File #377, Senate File #279;
2. House File #248, Senate File #123;
3. House File #433, Senate File #397;
and favoring also Proposal Number 15 which would
allow correctional officers to assume the power of
peace officers in taking escapees from correctional
institutions into custody.
