Lino Lakes, Minnesota 55014
A meeting was held in the Lino Lakes Village Hall at 8 P.M.
on April 22, 1971 at which time the following resolution
was adopted by the elected officials present, to wit:
RESOLUTION
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the undersigned elected officials
go on record opposing Senate File 1237 (House File 1678) for
the following reasons:
1. Objection to giving the Metropolitan Park Reserve
Board the power of eminent domain.
2. Objection to the added tax to real estate property.
3. Objection to the formation of an additional unit of
government.
Adopted this 22nd day of April 1971 .
