At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Village Council of the Village
of Lino Lakes duly held on the pl ?/da` of19�, the follow-
ing Resolution was offered by-J-z
seconded by �C.���,R , ; to -wit:
WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared preliminary
plans for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 390
renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 35E within the corporate limits
of the Village of Council from the Frontage Rd, "A"
to Anoka Co. Rd. 54 ; and
WHEREAS said preliminary plans are on file in the office of the
Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and
identified as Layout No. 4C (Portion), S.P. 0282-01 (T.H. 35E=390),
from Frontaged. "A: o Anoka Co. Rd. 54
and
WHEREAS copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled,
and identified are also on file in the office of the VillageClerk; and
WHEREAS the term "said preliminary plans" as hereinafter used in
the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer
to, and to incorporate the preliminary plans as in the foregoing recitals
particularly identified and described;
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary plans for the
improvement of Trunk Highway Number 390 renumbered Trunk Highway
Number 35E within the limits of the Village of Lino Lakes be and
hereby are approved.
