RESOLUTION NO. 20-152
APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 6 AND FINAL FOR THE EAST CEDAR STREET & 24TH
AVENUE/ELMCREST AVENUE NORTH IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, on March 9, 2020 the City Council passed resolution 20-13, awarding the contract
for the East Cedar Street & 24th Avenue/Elmcrest Avenue North Improvement Project to North
Valley, Inc. in the amount of $700,636.80;
WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 6 (Final) where the final
Base Bid amount was $717,415.63;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that Payment
Request No. 6 (Final) is approved for a final contract amount of $717,415.63.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of December, 2020.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Lyden and was duly seconded by Council Member _ Cavegn and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Stoesz, Ruhland, Lyden, Cavegn, Rafferty
The following voted against same: None
