RESOLUTION NO. 20-153
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION
CONTRACT, 2020 SURFACE WATER MAINTENANCE PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the 2020 Surface Water
Maintenance Project, quotes were received, and tabulated:

Penn Contracting, Inc.
$97,715.00
WHEREAS, it appears that Olson's Sewer Service/ Olson's Excavating Services of Forest Lake,
Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder; and
WHEREAS, the funding for the project is from the General Fund Streets Budget; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the
Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract Olson's Sewer Service/
Olson's Excavating Services for the construction of the 2020 Surface Water Maintenance Project in
the amount of $40,304.53;
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of December, 2020.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Cavegn and was duly seconded by Council Member _ Lyden and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Stoesz, Ruhland, Lyden, Cavegn, Rafferty
