16 Mayor Rafferty convened the meeting at 5:30 p.m. at Lino Lakes City Hall. Before the
17 meeting was closed, Mayor Rafferty read a statement on the purpose of the meeting. The
18 meeting was closed as a session of the city council pursuant to the Open Meeting Lawfor
19 the purpose of discussing pending litigation strategy for a continuing health claim under the
attorney client privilege.
