RESOLUTION NO.21-21
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
FOR WATERMARK 4th ADDITION
- approving
WHEREAS,on April 12, 2021 the City Council passed Resolution No. 21 20
Watermark 4th Addition PUD Final Plan/Final Plat; and
WHEREAS,the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution
of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes.
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes
hereby approves the Development Agreement and Planned Unit Development Agreement
between US Home Corporation and the City of Lino Lakes for Watermark 4th Addition and
authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of April, 2021.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember
Stoez and was duly seconded by Councilmember Ruhland and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Stoesz, Ruhland, Cavegn,Lyden, Rafferty
