RESOLUTION NO.21-25
RESOLUTION APPROVING WATERMARK CITY PARK OPERATIONS AN D
MAINTENANCE AND STORMWATER RE-USE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS,on April 12,2021 the City Council passed Resolution No. 21-20 approving
Watermark 4th Addition PUD Final Plan/Final Plat; and
WHEREAS,a condition of approval requires the execution of a City Park Operations and
Maintenance and Stormwater Re-Use Agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino
Lakes.
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes
hereby approves the City Park Operations and Maintenance and Stormwater Re-Use Agreement
between US Home Corporation and the City of Lino Lakes for Watermark and authorizes the
Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of April, 2021.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember
Stoesz,was duly seconded by Councilmember Ruhland and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Stoesz, Ruhland, Cavegn, Lyden, Rafferty
