1. Call to Order and Roll Call
(The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. Members present: George Lindy,
Paul Montain, Pam Taschuk, Pat Huelman, Katie Boyle, and Michael O'Connor.
Absent: Bill Kusterman. Also Present: Rick DeGardner, Public Services Director.)
2. Approval of Minutes from November 4, 2002
(Pam Taschuk made a motion to approve the November 4, 2002 minutes. Mike
O'Connor seconded the motion and the minutes were approved. Paul Montain
abstained.)
3. Setting Agenda
(There were no additions or deletions.)
4. Open Mike
(There was no one present for open mike.)
5. Review Revised Preliminary Plat of Century Farm North 1-7 Additions
(It was the consensus of the Park Board to support the revised plan with the
assumption that details will be worked out by staff.)
6. Review Pheasant Hills Trail Proposal
(Paul Montain made a motion, seconded by Pam Taschuk to proceed with the
proposal as presented. Motion passed.)
7. Review Proposed Site Agreement with Centennial School District
(There were no suggested changes to the site agreement.)
8. Recreation Update
(Rick reviewed the update.)
9. Park Updates
(Members reviewed the information in the packets.)
10. Project Updates
(Rick updated the Park Board on the Clearwater Creek Park, Highland Meadows
Park, Timberwolf Trail and Birch Park Trail projects.)
11. Next Park Board Meeting
(The next Park Board Meeting will be held on Monday,January 6, 2003, 6:30 p.m.).
12. Adjourn
(Paul Montain made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Pam Taschuk. The meeting
was adjourned at 8:05 p.m.)
