Call to Order and Roll Call 6:30pm (Everyone was present) 2. Approval of Minutes from October 5, 1998 6:35pm (Two typos were corrected. Paul Montain made a motion to approve the amended minutes. Pat Huelman seconded the motion and they were approved.) 3. Setting Agenda 6:40pm (No additions or deletions.) 4. Open Mike 6:45pm (No one was present for open mike.) 5. Wenzel Farms Trail 6:50pm (Pat Huelman made a motion to approve the Wenzel Agreement with the exception of not locking into a date to have project completed. Staff should research cost of bridge and bring the information back to the Park Board and then make a commitment based on the research.) 6. Recreation Department Update 7:00pm (Rick introduced Liz Bursack and she gave update of the Recreation Department.) A. Turkey Shoot (Liz explained the Turkey Shoot to members and sought volunteers for Saturday, November 14.) 7. Parks Department Update 7:05pm (Rick read Mike Hoffman's memo and answered questions about Rice Lake Estates Parks playground raising. Jeff asked about the vandalized playground equipment at Birch Park. Rick said staff is currently working on finding a way to repair the damage.) 8. Old Business 7:1 Opm (George asked about the skating rink at Rice Lake Elementary School. Rick said the rink is going to be put in the parking lot at Country Lakes Park. It will be an unsupervised rink.) r� 9. New Business 7:20pm (The goal setting meeting will be held after the December Park Board meeting.) 10. Next Park Board Meeting December 7, 1998 7:30pm 11. Adjourn to Mayor's Round Table—Senior Center 7:35pm (Pam Tashuk made a motion to adjourn seconded by Joe Schmidt. Meeting was adjourned at 7:15pm.
