2 . Approval of Minutes from 11/19, 11/25, 12/1 6 : 35pm
(All minutes were approved as written)

4 . Park Dedication Ordinance Review 6: 45pm
(After discussion this item was tabled
for further review)
S. Develop Policy for Naming City Parks 7 : 15pm
(After discussion this item was tabled
until the February Park Board meeting)
6. Recreation Update 7 : 30pm
(Barry gave an overview of December programs
and programs currently in process. He
explained because of the weather it has
been hard to make ice and skating classes
have been postponed for one week)
7 . Parks Update 7 : 40pm
(Rick told members what the maintenance
staff has been working on. He told the
board what was approved for the 1998 budget and
what was not approved)
8 . Friends of the Park Update 7 : 50pm
(Barry explained there was not a meeting in
December therefore there was no update)
9 . Old Business 7 : 55pm
A. Clearwater Creek 2nd Addition Trail
(Motion was made to leave trail as it is
outlined on the exhibit with the City
providing screening, along trail, as staff
deemed appropriate. Item was referred to
City Council)
B. Goal Setting Discussion
(This item was tabled until the February
meeting)
C. Park Board 1998 Meeting Schedule
(1998 meetings have been scheduled. It was
suggested that the 2nd meeting in August be
put on cable and a notice placed on the door
at City Hall)
10 . New Business 8 : 30pm
A. Quail Ridge
(Rick informed members that there is going
to be a neighborhood meeting to start master
planning this park on January 29, 1998)
11 . Next Park Board Meeting - (2/2/98) 8 : 40pm
