RESOLUTION NO.21-46
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
FOR NADEAU ACRES 2"ADDITION
WHEREAS,the City Council approved the Final Plat for Nadeau Acres 2nd Addition with
Resolution No. 21-45 on June 14,2021; and
WHEREAS,the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require tit- execution
of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Li, o Lakes
hereby approves the Development Agreement between BL Holdings, LLC and the 1 ity of Lino
Lakes for Nadeau Acres 2nd Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to e iecute such
agreement on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of June, 2021.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council ember
Cavegn and was duly seconded by Councilmember Ruhland and upon vote being ta en
thereon. the following voted in favor thereof: Cavegn. Ruhland, Stoesz, Rafferty
