RESOLUTION NO. 20-95
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR
LYNGBLOMSTEN AT LINO LAKES ADDITION
WHEREAS, on July 26, 2021,the City Council passed Resolution No. 20-94 approving the
PUD Final Plan/Final Plat for Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes Addition; and
WHEREAS,the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution
of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes
hereby approves the Development Agreement and Planned Unit Development Agreement
between Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes, LLC and the City of Lino Lakes for Lyngblomsten at
Lino Lakes Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on
behalf of the City.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of July,2021.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember
Cavegn and was duly seconded by Councilmember Stoesz and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Cavegn, Stoesz, Ruhland,Lyden, Rafferty
